Do your teeth a favour and get these Thanks to Dr Ronda Patrick's story about how xylitol gum made her cavities disappear, I tried these out and they're great. I've had some plaque behind my teeth for years, which no amount of brushing or flossing ever did anything ... but chewing this gum after every meal and before going to bed, there is a significant reduction in that plaque. It's like one of those things you cannot believe but you are looking at it. Bonus points to Spry for not making them taste like garbage and thanks Sweet Friends for keeping these. I have to say though that the ones you get in the circular tubs seem to have a slightly damp feel to them when chewed, like they lack the "crispness" of the ones you get in the carat form (this listing).

The only gum I chew anymore - Melissa I got a sample of Spry from my dentist and was immediately hooked. I am a huge gum-chewer and chew gum frequently throughout the day, but I HATE the taste of artificial mint. I also hate the taste of 99% of artificial sweeteners, with the exception of Spry and xylitol. But now I have a tasty AND sugar-free gum that I can chew without worrying about my teeth. Great flavor - similar to Juicy Fruit. I also like the Green Tea flavor. Highly recommended!
