Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
    The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery ie masks.


Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Sweet Friends is not obliged to refund if you have simply changed your mind, found a product we sell cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

Damaged/ Faulty items

We rely on a third-party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it leaves us. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do NOT dispose of any items until advised to by us as we are often required to return these to the courier for inspection. Any issues MUST be raised within 3 working days of receipt of order (validated by courier tracking) for refund or replacement..
