Sugar Free Pineapple Strawberry Salsa
This sugar free salad is refreshing on hot summer days and is so good for our health that you can eat it all year round.
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tbs Lite and sweet
- 1 avocado peeled pitted and diced
- 2 tbs diced red onion
- 1 tbs diced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, stir together pineapple, strawberries, Lite and Sweet, avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
